Fisher-Price Roarin’ Rainforest Jumperoo – review!

Imagine stepping inside your little one’s imagination, bouncing amongst a rainforest of colours and sounds, living your best baby life so far. This is how I imagine my six-month-old son Georgie felt when he tried the Fisher-Price Roarin’ Rainforest Jumperoo for the first time.

We’ve given the Jumperoo a thorough test, including setting up, plenty of play time, and then disassembling and putting it away.

Armed with scissors and a screwdriver and Georgie safely out the way, I got to work assembling the jungle fun. Around 20 minutes later the Jumperoo was standing proudly in our living room.

This toy is beautifully bright, with sensory-stimulating colours, a variety of toys around the perimeter to delight and engage Georgie and a 360 degree turning seat so he can spin to his heart’s delight. I popped Georgie into the super soft seat (which is machine washable, thank goodness) and he instantly started to jump.

On bouncing Georgie was met with musical notes and songs, rewarding him for being Mummy’s clever little boy. The Jumperoo has three springs, which allowed my little man to throw in some impressive moves. It can also be adjusted in height as he grows, which really adds to the value we’ll get out of it.

Georgie’s favourite feature had to be the little butterfly toy, which he loved to grab and chew on.

If you haven’t tried a Jumperoo before, I hugely recommend the Roarin’ Rainforest. It’s such a stimulating toy and Georgie genuinely enjoyed playing in it. It’s super easy to set up and equally easy to disassemble and store.

What I loved most was that whilst my little monkey enjoyed his new toy, I was able to drink my coffee while it was still hot and fold some washing, while keeping an eye on him from across the room. Precious time which I wouldn’t ordinarily have for myself!
